User Scenario
Samantha, a busy professional, is searching for a flower shop website to send a last-minute birthday bouquet to her friend. She wants an easy-to-navigate site with clear categories for different types of flowers and arrangements, as well as same-day delivery options. Frustrated by complex layouts, she appreciates a streamlined checkout process that allows her to complete her purchase quickly and efficiently.
Storyboard
User flow: Samantha begins with needing to send her best friend flowers quickly. She opens the app and taps on the loading screen to take her to the Home Screen. On the Home Screen, she quickly sees the “Birthday” button in the categories list. A quick tap takes her to an array of flower options. There she sees the “Tulips” button, taps it, and it takes her to the Tulips page. On the Tulips product page she has easily visible size and color options to choose from, as well as the “Add To Cart” button and the Shopping Cart icon button at easy access. On the Shopping Cart page she’ll see the “Buy Now” button and tap it for an easy purchase.
