User Scenario
Emily, a recent college graduate, is looking for a local photographer to take professional portraits for her job applications and LinkedIn profile. She wants to explore photographers' portfolios to ensure their style aligns with her vision while also considering their pricing and availability for a quick shoot.
Storyboard
User flow: The user first searches for local photographers. He’s in need of a photographer with a clean and easy to use website. When he opens the website he sees a variety of nicely laid out photos showcasing Daniel Paul’s work. He easily notices the “About” page at the top, clicks on it, and is taken to a simple and clean “About” page. Once there he decides to use Daniel Paul as the photographer, and clicks “Contact” in the upper right corner. There, he sees contact information and message box. After typing in his email and message, he clicks the “Send” button under the message box and exits the website happy that the ease of the process.
